(MOP) and all its divisions.  Many are 100% in-office, some are 100% home-based (virtual), and others are a combination of both. We offer two types of Home-Based Profesionnal status; the first is to become an IMOPP (Independent MalOPlus Professional) and the second, to be a MOPP (MalOPlus Professional) working full time on payroll. For the exception of Remote Receptionists and Telephone Operators, everyone begins as an IMOPP and must undergo a Trial Period. It’s absolutely FREE to become an IMOPP.

The IMOPP positions presented here are the usual positions for which we recruit contractors to be maintained in our database for projects as they become available. Recruitment of IMOPPs is done in 5 easy steps:

Step 1: complete the contractors form and we will review your profile;

Step 2: you will have 2 interviews: by telephone and, online or in person;

Step 3: you will undergo 2 performance tests relating to the position;

Step 4: we will conduct a home-office validation (virtual or in person);

Step 5: you must complete a successful Trial Period (3-8 months)

SPECIAL NOTES: IMOPPs are paid by as contractors, via Paypal, twice per month. Health and dental benefits are offered to qualifying IMOPPs (available in certain areas for now, based on certain conditions). Once the recruiting process has been completed, you will be entered in our database of available IMOPPs permanently, unless otherwise stated. Mobile and On-Site IMOPPs are assigned subsequent mandates, as long as there are available assignments for which they qualify. Virtual IMOPPs are given multiple accounts to manage.
