HOW IT WORKS

The illustration below shows how MalOPlus™ TeleServices Inc.s services will be sourced and fulfilled.  It represents all the different parties involved in this partnership.  It starts with:

The Business Client, also known as the Buyer. This can be any type of business, whether it is a start-up company, a small home-based business or a large fortune 500 company seeking outsourcing solutions. 

Then there is the MalOPlus Dynamic Team that serves as the moderator. Our staff conducts a business analysis, offers the solutions, matches remote workers to clients and monitors the activities.

Finally, there's the IMOPP (Independent MalOPlus Professional), seen here as the teleworker, who complete the work remotely.


All these parties are interconnected and have major responsibilities to each other.  The Internet serves as the main source for virtual communication, virtual file and work transfer, virtual meetings, video conferencing and quality control:  what we call virtual supervision.  The role each entity plays in this partnership is summarized in this figure.
